March 6, 2017, CIEC Group’s Operation Management Center Logistics Department’s first internal job duties reporting and job promotion meeting was held at Group’s meeting room, which was organized by Group Human Resources and Training Department. Staffs from Logistics Department below manager associate attended this meeting, and Group Party Organization Secretary and Human Resources and Training Manager Ms. Chen Jin, Operation Management Center General Manager Ms. Wu Weiping, Logistics Department Deputy Manager Ms.Chen Jie and Mr. Shi Zhongdong together with Manager Assistant Ms. Xu Yaoli joined the meeting as reviewers.
This job duties reporting and job promotion meeting was held based on six basic characteristics of the reserved talent programme, which were used as the core evaluation elements proposed by General Manager Mr. Lu Yonghong in 2017 annual meeting report. All reviewers conducted a comprehensive evaluation of total sixteen staffs’ abilities and posts competencies matching base on each employee’s job duty reporting and Q&A session.
Based on the principles of "openness, fairness, impartiality and merit", embodied the employment mechanism of “ability is more important than education”, this meeting was a good chance for employees to review and summarize their job performance. Human Resource and Training Department will use this job duties reporting and job promotion meeting experience to set-up long term mechanism, in the aims of selecting outstanding employees, creating a healthy and excellent corporate culture and encouraging employee self-development and driving company’s business growth in the future.
